The Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Housing (HMWEVW) is the planning approval authority for federal motorways, federal highways, state and district roads in Hesse. In accordance with Section 27a HVwVfG, the planning approval decisions issued are published together with the associated documents and public announcements. You will also find here the planning approvals issued with the associated documents and the documents relating to hearings on plan amendments.
