Driving instructor system; application for approval of a quality assurance system
Description
The government of the Upper Palatinate is the authority responsible for driving school supervision in Bavaria.
The legally standardized recurring monitoring ("...at least every two years...") can be waived if the institutions or persons named in § 51 Para. 1 of the Driving Instructors Act have joined a quality assurance system.
The quality assurance system requires the approval of the government of the Upper Palatinate

Prerequisites
Approval of the quality assurance system is granted if
- an appropriate concept is submitted which is suitable for ensuring that the required level of quality is maintained and which complies with the legal requirements,
- there are no concerns about the applicant's reliability.

Procedure
The application must be submitted to the Government of Upper Palatinate in writing or electronically (by email).
If the requirements are met, the official approval is issued in the form of a decision.
The other governments and the district administrative authorities will receive a copy of the decision.

Fees and expenses are charged in accordance with the German Road Traffic Fee Regulations (GebOSt).
