Driving instructor system; application for approval of the framework curriculum for basic training for pedagogically extended supervision
Description
The monitoring personnel (experts) appointed by the Government of Upper Palatinate - as the authority responsible for driving school monitoring in Bavaria - and entrusted with the assessment of pedagogical quality must have taken part in at least nine days of basic training for extended pedagogical monitoring.
The framework curriculum for this basic training must be approved by the government of the Upper Palatinate.

Prerequisites
Approval of the framework syllabus for basic training is granted if
- an appropriate framework syllabus is submitted which is suitable for conveying the knowledge and skills required for the assessment of pedagogical quality in the course of driving school supervision,
- there are no concerns about the applicant's reliability.

Procedure
The application must be submitted to the Government of Upper Palatinate in writing or electronically (by email).
If the requirements are met, official approval will be granted in the form of a notice.
The other governments will also receive a copy of the decision.
