Real estate cadastre; application for an extract

You can order a cadastral map for illustrative proof of a plot of land or building with an official map and obtain a parcel and ownership certificate for descriptive proof of a plot of land including owner details.

The real estate cadastre contains area-wide information for parcels and buildings in representational form (parcel map) and descriptive form. The parcel and ownership certificate contains all descriptive elements of the parcel, including ownership details and ownership relationships.

You will need the parcel and ownership certificate for numerous purposes (construction projects, bank loans, land division, land sale, etc.).

For parcel and ownership certificates, the legitimate interest must be stated in accordance with Art. 11 Para. 1 of the Surveying and Cadastre Act (VermKatG). This also applies to all extracts containing personal data. The legitimate interest is automatically given for own parcels, for third-party parcels a corresponding reason must be provided.

You can obtain extracts from the real estate register on request from the responsible Office for Digitization, Broadband and Surveying.

  • up to and including DIN A1: 36.00 EUR
• Proof of parcel and ownership: EUR 8.00

The costs are based on the Ordinance on User Fees of the Lower Surveying Authorities (GebOVerm) in the version valid at the time of completion of the service.
