Insolvency proceedings; retrieval of public announcements

The publications of the insolvency courts are made on the cross-state justice portal of the federal and state governments.

Insolvency cases are handled by the local court insolvency court. Insolvency matters also include the so-called consumer insolvency proceedings introduced on January 1, 1999 (see "Consumer insolvency proceedings, discharge of residual debt" under "Related topics").

The publications of the insolvency courts are published on the cross-state justice portal of the federal and state governments (see "Online proceedings").

Please note that not every local court in Bavaria is responsible for handling insolvency cases. The following Bavarian local courts are responsible for handling insolvency cases:
