Municipal sports facility; application for permission to use
The use of a municipal or district sports facility requires a permit.
Description
If the sports facilities (e.g. gymnasiums or sports fields) are not used for school purposes, they can be made available to clubs and other associations for a fee, in particular for training purposes, tournaments and association matches.
As a rule, permission for use must be applied for from the responsible authority.
An operating subsidy or fee is usually payable for this.
The usage permit entitles the holder to use the sports facility during the specified times for the permitted purpose under certain conditions.
The conditions of use and fee rates are usually regulated in a corresponding statute.
