University; application for an employment permit for full-time university lecturers at non-state universities

The employment of full-time university lecturers at non-state universities requires the approval of the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts.

Full-time university lecturers may only work at a non-state university if they have been granted an employment permit before taking up teaching activities. The approval can be applied for by the institution or the head of the university.
