List of town planners; application for registration

You can apply for entry in the list of town planners at the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.

In Bavaria, the professional title "town planner" may only be used by those who are entered under this title in the list of town planners at the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.

The joint registration committee at the Bavarian Chamber of Architects examines and decides on entry in the list of town planners.

• degree certificate
• Evidence of the subsequent period of practice
• Certificate of good conduct
• Registration certificate
• Passport photo (optional, if you wish to have a professional card)
• Advance on fees (proof)

• Successful completion of an undergraduate degree course, a postgraduate degree course or other equivalent training which qualifies the applicant for design, technical, economic, environmentally friendly and social urban and spatial planning and the preparation of urban development plans.
• Subsequent two years of professional experience

• for the authority: three months after receipt of the application and complete submission of the documents

New registration: 300 Euro

Re-registration: 150 Euro
