Company register; application for registration of a corporation with the Bavarian Chamber of Architects

The registration committee at the Bavarian Chamber of Architects examines and decides on the entry in the company register.

• Proof of sufficient professional liability insurance
• Memorandum or Articles of Association
• Proof of registration in/at the commercial or partnership register

• registered office or branch in Bavaria
• Sufficient professional liability insurance
• Provisions in the articles of association or statutes, etc.
  • The object of the company is the performance of professional tasks by architects, interior designers, landscape architects or urban planners,
  • at least half of the capital and voting shares are held by members of the Chamber of Architects or urban planners,
  • Management of the company by members of the Chamber of Architects or urban planners

The application must be submitted exclusively online to the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.
