Voluntary municipal service; application

In selected areas, you can apply for a voluntary benefit from local authorities.

Voluntary services are tasks that the local authority sets itself. It is free to decide whether and how to fulfill these tasks.

For example, certain subsidies, grants, reductions or concessions can be offered as voluntary services. These can then be applied for.

Examples

• Promotion: e.g. cultural promotion, cargo bike promotion, promotion for the purchase of old houses, promotion for the construction of a rainwater cistern
• Subsidy: e.g. for composters, reusable diapers, diaper bags, soundproof windows, energy advice, projects with children and young people, repair and design of buildings, training costs for music lessons
• Reduction: e.g. for residual waste bins
• Discounts: e.g. for local public transport, a so-called "district pass"
