Publication portal; retrieval of information on contract awards

In the Bavarian Public Procurement and Announcement Portal (BayVeBe), companies can search for award procedures from public contracting authorities in Bavaria that have been published here by state and municipal awarding authorities.

The Bavarian Public Procurement and Announcement Portal (BayVeBe) is used to publish preliminary information as well as award and contract award notices for contract awards below the EU thresholds.

Municipal and state contracting authorities as well as state-affiliated institutions and funding recipients can publish notices for national award procedures that are subject to mandatory publication in the portal free of charge. This includes contract notices, preliminary information on future contract awards and notices on awarded contracts. The portal also supports contracting authorities in preparing notifications in accordance with the Procurement Statistics Ordinance (VergStatVO).

The notices can be filtered according to procedure type, region, CPV classifications and other procedure-relevant values and grouped according to award regulations, awarding authority, deadline date and publication date. Registration is not required to search on the platform.

BayVeBe is purely an announcement portal, in which no applications for the submission of bids by bidders are integrated. There are only links to procurement portals such as www.auftraege.bayern.de (for more information, see "Related topics").

Information for state and municipal awarding authorities

State and municipal awarding authorities can publish information on their awards on BayVeBe and thus fulfill their publication obligations, e.g. from Section 30 of the German Sub-Threshold Procurement Regulations (UVgO). The prerequisite for free use is successful registration of the awarding body.

The awarding bodies can also use the awarding platform via interfaces. The awarding office must apply to the Bavarian State Office for Digitization, Broadband and Surveying - IT Service Center Bavaria - for disclosure of the interface.

The awarding authority is responsible for ensuring that the data in the notices is up-to-date, correct and complete.

Essential metadata on notices of ongoing award procedures for national awards in accordance with Section 28 (1) UVgO or Section 12 (1) of the Bavarian State and Local Government Procurement and Contract Regulations for Construction Services - Part A (VOB/A) are forwarded to the national notice service (BKMS).
