Procurement platform; submission of digital tenders for construction, supply and services

You can send award documents and tenders via the award platform vergabe.bayern.de in a legally valid and confidential manner over the Internet.

The Bavarian State Construction Administration, the Bavarian Water Management Administration, the Rural Development Association and numerous Bavarian municipalities use the"www.vergabe.bayern.de"procurement platform to handle all procurement procedures electronically. The procedures are based on

• for construction services: the Contract Regulations for Construction Services (VOB-A or VOB-A EU),
• for supply, commercial and freelance services above the EU threshold: the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) and
• for supply and commercial services below the EU threshold: the Sub-Threshold Procurement Ordinance (UVgO).

Companies can search for notices on public procurement procedures free of charge and download the award documents in digital form to their computers via the Internet. Forms and service specifications are processed with completion aids, check routines and information on any formal errors.

Following the reform of public procurement law in April 2016, companies can also submit their digital tenders in text form - with the exception of VS-VOB/A and VS-VgV procedures - making electronic signatures largely superfluous. Companies that have submitted a digital tender can view the minutes on the procurement platform after the tenders have been opened.

The procurement platform stands for integrity, confidentiality and authenticity of data and for working without media disruptions. This makes the award procedures even more secure, transparent and traceable. All transmitted data is protected against access by unauthorized persons by the necessary organizational and technical security measures. All relevant security requirements of the Federal Office for Information Security are complied with and regularly checked and certified by BayernCERT.
