Company management; notification of dismissal to the Chamber of Crafts

If the current management stops or changes, you must report this to the Chamber of Skilled Crafts.

If the current management ends or there is a change, you must report this to the Chamber of Skilled Crafts. A new manager must then be appointed immediately. The management can be carried out by the owner of the business or an employed person who has the necessary technical qualifications. The required proof of qualification for the technical management of the business can be provided by a master craftsman's certificate for the craft to be practised or a related craft, as well as by an equivalent domestic or foreign professional qualification or an exemption permit or authorization to practice.
The tasks of the business management include, among other things

• to control, supervise and monitor the technical work process and not to limit themselves to merely checking the work results,
• directing employees and issuing the necessary instructions,
• to prevent and, if necessary, correct deficiencies in the execution of the work,
• to ensure that violations of legal regulations or operating instructions do not occur,
• regularly visit the individual work sites to monitor the execution of the work,
• to be constantly available during working hours and to be available and ready for action at short notice in urgent and emergency situations
  

The company management leaves the company, moves to another location or resigns from their position.

• Inform the Chamber of Skilled Crafts responsible for the business about the departure or change of management.
• You can make the notification as the owner of the business subject to licensing or as an employed manager.
• To maintain the business, you must apply to the relevant Chamber of Crafts for the new management to be entered in the Register of Craftsmen.
  

The deregistration of the company management must be reported before the change or departure.
