Craft register; notification of the closure of the business establishment

If you are a member of a Chamber of Skilled Crafts and close a business establishment, you must notify the Chamber of Skilled Crafts.

The Chamber of Skilled Crafts maintains two registers, the Register of Skilled Crafts and the Register of Owners of a Business in a Craft without a License or a Craft-like Trade, in which all skilled crafts businesses and businesses in a craft-like trade and their business premises in the chamber district are recorded. The Chamber of Skilled Crafts must be notified if a business establishment located in the chamber district is closed.

Please note the following:

If you do not wish to close the business premises but wish to relocate them to a location within the jurisdiction of another Chamber of Skilled Crafts, you must delete the business premises from the Chamber of Skilled Crafts previously responsible and register it with the Chamber of Skilled Crafts now responsible.

• Inform the Chamber of Skilled Crafts responsible for the business about the closure of the business premises.
• If you wish to relocate the business establishment to a location within the jurisdiction of another Chamber of Skilled Crafts, you must delete the business establishment from the Chamber of Skilled Crafts previously responsible and register it with the Chamber of Skilled Crafts now responsible
