Trade register; notification of changes to personal data

If your address and contact details change as a member company of a Chamber of Skilled Crafts, you must inform us of this

The Chamber of Skilled Crafts maintains two registers, the Register of Skilled Crafts and the Register of Owners of a Business in a Craft without a License or a Craft-like Trade, in which all skilled crafts businesses and businesses in a craft-like trade in the respective chamber district are recorded. In order to keep the stored data up to date, there is, among other things, an obligation to notify changes to the address and contact details of the business owner. If a company is registered as a business owner, corresponding changes to the data of shareholders and authorized representatives (e.g. managing directors of a GmbH) must be reported. In addition to changes of address, this also applies to electronic contact data (mobile phone and fax number or e-mail address).

Personal data stored by the Chamber of Skilled Crafts relating to the business owner, partners or authorized representatives of companies has changed, in particular

• address data
• Electronic contact data such as (mobile) telephone and fax number or e-mail address
  

Inform the Chamber of Skilled Crafts responsible for the company about the change in data.
