Bavaria location portal; information portal

The Bavaria location portal is available free of charge for researching commercial sites and commercial real estate. It also contains information about the municipalities and the competencies of the districts as well as the locations and sectors of commercial companies in Bavaria.

The Bavarian Business Location Portal is a cooperative project of the Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.

It provides investors with comprehensive location information and research options:

• A range of over 1000 undeveloped commercial sites in Bavarian towns and municipalities with the option of researching by site size, location and ownership, for example.
• Offers of commercial properties such as industrial and warehouse buildings, office space, retail space, hotels and restaurants.
• Location profiles and competence profiles of municipalities, cities and districts with descriptions, statistical data on population, economy and infrastructure as well as information on special regional competencies
• Company locations by region and sector
