The continuation of a craft business after the death of the owner must be applied for.
Description
After the death of the owner of a business, the spouse, life partner, heir, executor, estate administrator, estate insolvency administrator or estate administrator may continue the business without fulfilling the requirements for entry in the Register of Craftsmen.
They must ensure that a business manager is appointed without delay.
