Trade register; application for deletion of data

If the requirements for entry in the Register of Craftsmen are not met, you must apply to have your data deleted from the Register of Craftsmen.

The entry in the Register of Craftsmen will be deleted upon application if the requirements for registration are not met. The tradesperson entered in the Register of Craftsmen is authorized to apply. If the business is not run as a skilled trade, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce can also apply for the entry to be deleted. The deletion of the entry can also be carried out ex officio.

Upon application, the requirements are checked and then the business is deleted from the register of craftsmen. Deletion must take place if the requirements for registration are not or no longer met. If the entry in the Register of Craftsmen is deleted, the Craftsman's Card must be returned to the Chamber of Crafts.

You can informally apply for the deletion at the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts.

You must then return the craft card.
