Award portal; submission of digital tenders

Companies can use the auftraege.bayern procurement portal to search for procurement procedures from public clients in Bavaria and submit bids digitally.

On the procurement portal auftraege.bayern.de, applicants and bidders can

• quickly and easily search for current announcements;
• view notices;
• download award and contract documents;
• create a search profile after successful registration;
• create and submit bids and requests to participate with the help of the bid assistant;
• communicate with the awarding authority and receive messages on the status of the procedure, e.g. answers to bidders' questions or information on the award of contract;
• use other basic functionalities free of charge.
• Additional paid services are also available.

Information for state and municipal awarding authorities

Contracting authorities that use the public procurement management system (basic component for state authorities) publish their notices on auftraege.bayern via an interface.

Other authorities, in particular municipal awarding authorities, can create notices on the auftraege.bayern awarding platform. All relevant information modules are available to publish the mandatory information in accordance with the procurement and contract regulations VOB/A, VgV, SektVO, VSVgV, KonzVgV, UVgO and VOL/A. In addition, awarding authorities have the option of uploading award documents to the award safe and making them available to interested parties for download. In addition to the procurement platform auftraege.bayern, public contracting authorities also have access to the procurement platform vergabe.bayern, which focuses on the procurement of construction services.
