Commercial keeping, breeding, exhibition, use or trade of animals: Permit

Fees are charged in accordance with the Annex to Section 1 of the Schedule of Fees for the Administration of Consumer Protection and Veterinary Services (GOVV) in accordance with Section V1.1.8.

The permit relates only to the animal species and maximum number of animals with which the activity is to be carried out and to the premises and facilities specified in the application. A permit issued on the basis of incorrect information is invalid and can be revoked at any time.
Obtain all permits required under building law for the buildings you wish to use from the relevant building authority before submitting the application for a permit under the Animal Welfare Act.
