If you need proof of a plot of land for information and planning around land, for the notarization of real estate transactions or for activities in the credit and real estate sector, you can apply for a proof of parcel and ownership here.

As a property owner, you need extracts, information and certificates about your property for numerous purposes (building projects, bank loans, property division, property sale, etc.).

The real estate cadastre contains information on parcels of land and buildings in illustrative form (real estate map) and descriptive form (real estate book).

The parcel and ownership certificate contains all descriptive elements of the parcel including ownership details and ownership structure.

There are also other variants of the descriptions:

• Parcel certificate (contains all details of the parcel and the booking location in the land register, but no ownership details; this extract can be given to anyone without a legitimate interest),
• parcel certificate with land valuation (also contains the descriptive details of the land valuation for agricultural land),
• Proof of land parcel and ownership with land valuation (contains, in addition to the ownership details, the descriptive details of the land valuation for agricultural land),
• Property certificate (contains all parcels of a land register sheet with the same serial number and ownership details),
• Inventory certificate (includes all parcels of a land register page with different serial numbers and with ownership details).

The excerpts are provided by

• the cadastral offices of the State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying of Lower Saxony (LGLN),
• a publicly appointed surveyor licensed in Lower Saxony or a publicly appointed surveyor (ÖbVI) or
• by the competent municipality, provided that it participates in the provision of these extracts.

The proof of parcel and ownership is subject to data protection (personal data) and can only be requested by an authorized group of persons (property owner, beneficial owner, person with other legitimate interest).

No legal remedy (since it is not an administrative act).

No revocation (since custom-made products - in the case of custom-made products no right of revocation when buying online - the Regional Court of Düsseldorf (file number: 23 S 111/13 U) decided on 12.2.2014 that the consumer has no right of revocation for custom-made products when buying online, i.e. if he orders an individually adapted product).

The proof of parcel and ownership can be
