Submit proof of use of the funding for recruited volunteer supervisors

If you have been paid grants for personnel and material costs for recruited volunteer caregivers (case flat rates), you must provide evidence of the use of the funds.

The state of Lower Saxony grants subsidies for the tasks (cross-sectional tasks) to be performed by the recognized care associations in accordance with Section 15 of the Care Organization Act (BtOG) on the basis of Section 4 of the Lower Saxony Implementation Act on Care Law (Nds. AGBtR) and in accordance with the guidelines on the granting of subsidies for the promotion of care associations and the administrative regulations on Section 44 of the State Budget Code (LHO).

The object of the funding is the volunteer caregivers recruited by recognized caregiver associations. The care associations recognized and active in Lower Saxony are eligible to apply.

You must provide evidence of the use of any grants paid out.

The corresponding proof of use must be submitted as an attachment to the annual activity reportbyJune 30 of the year following the funding.

The verification of the use of funding for cross-sectional tasks of the recognized care associations can be submitted online or in writing. If you have received corresponding funding, you are obliged to provide evidence of its use.

• The State Care Office at the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court will check the use of the funding.
• In the event of insufficient proof of use, the grants paid out or a corresponding partial amount may be reclaimed.

Please submit the proof of use in writing together with the activity report using the forms provided by the state support office.

Fee free of charge

The simple proof of use is permitted and consists of a factual report and a numerical proof without submission of receipts. The guardianship proceedings assigned to volunteer guardians through the mediation of the guardianship association must be certified by the municipal guardianship office, No. 6.5 of the guidelines on the granting of grants to support guardianship associations.

The grant must be reimbursed if a grant notification is withdrawn, revoked or otherwise invalidated with effect for the past in accordance with administrative procedural law, budgetary law or other legal provisions.
