Promotion of cross-sectional tasks of care associations - additional funding for agreements (formalized support) can be paid out

If you have been granted funding for the tasks to be performed by the recognized care associations, you can apply for the funding to be paid out.

The state of Lower Saxony grants subsidies for the tasks (cross-sectional tasks) to be performed by the recognized care associations in accordance with Section 15 of the Care Organization Act (BtOG) on the basis of Section 4 of the Lower Saxony Implementation Act on Care Law (Nds. AGBtR) and in accordance with the guidelines on the granting of subsidies for the promotion of care associations and the administrative regulations on Section 44 of the State Budget Code (LHO).

The object of the funding is the tasks to be performed by recognized guardianship associations in accordance with § 15 BtOG. The care associations recognized and operating in Lower Saxony are eligible to apply.

As soon as the funding has been approved, you can apply for payment.

The use of the disbursed grant amount is checked in accordance with the guidelines on the granting of grants for the promotion of care associations, and if you have received corresponding grants, you are obliged to provide evidence of their use.

• You submit an application for payment of a grant for cross-sectional tasks of the care associations
• The State Care Office at the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court checks the proof of use and, if necessary, reclaims all or part of the grant.your application and approves or rejects it.

You must submit the application in writing using the forms provided by the state support office.

Fee free of charge

The grant or a partial amount may only be requested to the extent and not before it is required for payments due within six months of disbursement. The request must be justified. The extent to which partial amounts already received have been used must be stated.
