After a training contract has been terminated, you as the training provider must submit an application for deletion to the competent regional authority. The competent authority checks the legality of the deletion and then confirms the deletion of the vocational training relationship.

• the Chamber of Skilled Crafts for vocational training in professions under the Crafts Code,
• the Chamber of Agriculture for vocational training in agricultural and rural domestic science professions
• the Chamber of Lawyers, Patent Attorneys and Notaries as well as the Notary's Office for the vocational training of specialists in the field of law,
• the Chamber of Auditors and the Chamber of Tax Consultants for the vocational training of professionals in the field of auditing and tax consultancy,
• the Chambers of Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians and Pharmacists for the vocational training of healthcare professionals.

There are other competent bodies,for example for bodies in the area of public law and the churches.

As the training provider, you apply for deletion from the register of vocational training relationships in analog or electronic form to the competent authority.

The competent body will check the relevant data and documents in accordance with the Vocational Training Act and enter them in the register of vocational training relationships.

If necessary, you as the trainer will be contacted by the competent body for the following reasons:

• Queries
• Subsequent requests for documents
• Correction of deficiencies

At the end of the procedure, you as the training provider will receive a corresponding notification or a decision from the competent authority as to whether the deletion has been carried out or rejected.

Deletion may be subject to a fee for you as a training center. The deletion fee is based on the respective fee regulations of the regional authorities responsible.: Fee from 0,00 EUR to 100,00 EUR
