If you have been selected as a company, you can submit your current data for the earnings survey, labor cost survey or survey of tariff information conveniently and securely online. Your data will be included in the official earnings statistics, for example. These show how wages and salaries are developing in different sectors and regions.

All information will be treated confidentially and used for statistical purposes only.

If you have been asked to participate and submit your data, you will be making an important contribution to thedecision-making process in politics, business and science in Germany.

Among other things, the earnings statistics provide data on gross monthly earnings and working hours in Lower Saxony. The level of earnings depends on various factors such as collective bargaining coverage, sectors and working hours.

In addition to the differences in earnings between men and women, the so-called gender pay gap, the data from the earnings statistics can be used to show the development of nominal and real wages in Lower Saxony.
