As part of the insolvency statistics, both the courts and the insolvency administrations, trustees and administrators responsible for the respective insolvency proceedings are required to report. Among other things, information is requested on insolvency claims, any employees affected and the financial outcome of the insolvency proceedings.

The insolvency courts and the competent insolvency administrations, trustees and administrators are obliged to report on the basis of the German Insolvency Statistics Act in conjunction with the Federal Statistics Act.

A complaint can be filed against the assessment notice with the competent administrative court.

Once access data has been entered, data relevant to the statistics is entered and finally transmitted. After checking by the State Statistical Office, there may still be some queries to be answered.
