If you receive a request from the State Statistical Office, you are obliged to provide the requested data.

Among other things, you may have to provide the following data:

• Information on energy source consumption, electricity and heat purchased and electricity and heat supplied
• Information on the amount of electricity and heat generated, energy sources, process types, combined heat and power generation and feed-in to self-operated electricity grids
• Information on the quantity of gas extracted and produced, customer groups, grid feed-in and imports and imports by country of origin and destination

This affects producing companies of legal entities (companies) in the mining and quarrying and manufacturing industries and all operators of gas extraction and production facilities.
