If you are a professional caregiver and have already been classified in the remuneration level that applies to you, you can also apply to change your remuneration level if your educational qualification changes.

Procedure
You can apply for a change in the remuneration level in writing or online.
- To do so, you submit an application to the president or director of the local court responsible for you.
- Enclose the necessary evidence with this application (assessment notice already issued, most recent highest educational qualification).
- Once the application has been reviewed, an assessment notice will be issued.
If you wish to apply online for a change in salary level:
- You submit the application via the online portal and upload the required evidence.
- The application will be forwarded to the local court responsible for you.
The remaining procedural steps correspond to the written procedure.
