If you have been granted funding as a provider of psychosocial trial support, you can apply for the funds to be paid out.

The aim of the grant is to maintain and expand a nationwide network of victim support facilities in Lower Saxony that offer free psychosocial court support. If you as an organization support this goal by employing specialists in psychosocial trial support, you can apply for funding from the state for the personnel costs incurred.

In order to receive this funding, you must submit an application for the approval of grants for the implementation of a state-wide psychosocial trial support service.

As soon as the funding has been approved, you can apply for payment.

You can apply online or in writing for grants for organizations implementing a state-wide psychosocial support service. As soon as grants have been approved, you can apply for payment.

• The Ambulante Justizsozialdienst Niedersachsen (AJSD) checks your application and approves or rejects it.

Fee free of charge

The grant or a partial amount may only be requested to the extent that it is required within two months of disbursement for counts due and no sooner. The request must be justified. The extent to which partial amounts already received have been used must be stated.
