You can apply for payments on account for the reimbursement of material costs for the coming school year.

• You fill out the application for advance payments and send the signed version electronically to the responsible authority
• The authority checks your application and, if the result is positive, grants monthly payments on account
• After the end of the school year, you must submit an application for reimbursement of material costs, stating the advance payments received

Fee free of charge

After the end of the school year, the reimbursement of material costs must be applied for separately. The advance payments received will be offset.

Advance payments can also be requested for the reimbursement of personnel costs.
