If you have received funding as a provider of psychosocial court support, you must provide evidence of the use of the funding.

The aim of the grant is to maintain and expand a nationwide network of victim support facilities in Lower Saxony that offer free psychosocial court support. If you as an organization support this goal by employing specialists in psychosocial trial support, you can apply for funding from the state for the personnel costs incurred.

Action before the administrative court

You can apply online or in writing for a review of the use of funding for providers to implement a nationwide psychosocial court support service. If you have received corresponding funding, you are obliged to provide evidence of its use.

• You submit an application for verification of the use of funds for grants for providers to implement a state-wide psychosocial trial support service
• The Ambulante Justizsozialdienst Niedersachsen (AJSD) examines your application and approves or rejects it.
• If there is insufficient proof of use, the benefits paid out may be reclaimed.

You must submit the application in writing using the forms provided by the Ambulante Justizsozialdienst Niedersachsen (AJSD).

Administrative fine free of charge

The simple proof of use is permitted and consists of a factual report and a numerical proof without submission of receipts.

The grant must be reimbursed if a grant notification is withdrawn, revoked or otherwise invalidated with effect for the past in accordance with administrative procedural law, budgetary law or other legal provisions.
