If you have a
- silage leachate storage facility with a volume of more than 25 cubic meters,
- any other JGS facility with a total volume of more than 500 cubic meters, or
- a facility for the storage of solid manure or silage with a volume of more than 1,000 cubic meters, you must notify the competent authority.
If you have a
- plant for storing silage leachate with a volume of more than 25 cubic meters,
- other JGS plant with a total volume of more than 500 cubic metres, or
If you want to build, decommission or substantially modify a facility for the storage of solid manure or silage with a volume of more than 1,000 cubic metres, you must notify the competent authority.
