Approval will be granted to you if the relevant requirements are met. The conditions are fulfilled if:

1. there are no facts from which doubts arise as to the reliability of the applicant, his or her legal representative or, in the case of legal persons or associations of persons without legal capacity, of those entitled to represent or manage the company under the law, articles of association or articles of association and, if a radiation protection officer is not necessary, one of the natural persons mentioned has the necessary expertise in the field of radiation protection. radiation protection,

5. there are no facts from which doubts arise as to the existence of the necessary personnel for the safe performance of the activity,
6. it is ensured that the equipment is available and that the measures are taken which, in the case of an activity pursuant to § 12 (1) number 5, are necessary according to the state of the art in order to comply with the safety regulations,
7. it is not an unjustified type of activity under a statutory ordinance pursuant to Section 6 (3) or if, taking into account a report published pursuant to Section 7 (2), there are no significant doubts as to the justification of the type of activity, and
8. other provisions of public law.

Complaint

You send the application for a permit for the operation or substantial modification of the operation of an interfering emitter to the competent authority. Upon receipt of the application and the complete dossier, the competent authority will check whether the conditions for authorisation are met. After the application has been reviewed by the competent authority, you will receive the decision in the form of a decision.

Finally, you will be sent a notice of costs from the competent authority

The fee depends on the time spent, but is at least 250 euros.
