    7. it is not an unjustified type of activity under a statutory ordinance pursuant to Section 6 (3) or if, taking into account a report published pursuant to Section 7 (2), there are no significant doubts as to the justification of the type of activity, and

    Procedure

    You send the application for a permit for the operation or substantial modification of the operation of an interfering emitter to the competent authority. Upon receipt of the application and the complete dossier, the competent authority will check whether the conditions for authorisation are met.     Finally, you will be sent a notice of costs from the competent authority
