    The person on whose behalf you are applying for the benefits must be in an employment relationship subject to social security contributions or in a civil service relationship of at least 15 hours/week.

    The person for whom you are applying for benefits must be severely disabled or treated as such within the meaning of SGB IX.

    Procedure

    If necessary, the responsible office will contact you in advance to advise you. The responsible office can then support you with the application.
