If your driving license has been revoked by a court ruling or by the driving license office, you can apply for a new driving license at the earliest 6 months before the end of the suspension period.
Description
If your driving license has been revoked, you can reapply for it after the expiry of any specified suspension period. In the application process, you must prove that your ability and suitability to drive motor vehicles have been restored.
The driving license is issued for an unlimited period.
For categories C, C1, CE, C1E, D, D1, DE and D1E, the driving license is issued for a limited period.

If the driver's license is sent directly to your home address, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

- Only the driving license classes specified in the Driving License Ordinance can be reissued; if necessary, the classes of the revoked driving license will be changed.
- The new license can only be issued for the scope of authorization that you had before it was revoked.
