As a church-run alternative school that has emerged from a public school, you can apply for a contribution from the state of Lower Saxony towards ongoing personnel costs.

This financial aid is only available for one secondary modern school in Cloppenburg, Duderstadt, Göttingen, Hanover, Lingen, Meppen, Oldenburg, Papenburg, Vechta, Wilhelmshaven, Wolfsburg and two secondary modern schools in Hildesheim and two secondary modern schools in Osnabrück.

• Action before the administrative court

• At the end of the school year, submit the completed application and the accompanying attachments to the Regional State Office for Schools and Education Lüneburg within one year.
• As part of the review, any payments on account will be offset against the calculated requirement.
• You will be informed of the decision following the review of the settlement of the personnel cost reimbursement.

The entitlement to reimbursement of personnel costs must be asserted for each school year within a preclusive period of one year after the end of the school year. This means that the application must be submitted within the aforementioned one-year period.
