Description
As the operator of a facility for the storage or transfer of petrol, fuel mixtures or crude petrol in tank farms or at petrol stations, you must notify the competent authority before putting it into operation. The notification obligation only applies to installations that do not require a permit under the Federal Immission Control Act. The competent authority examines the notification and records the installation in its plant register.
