In accordance with Sections 14 and 15 ProstSchG, the applicant or the person designated as deputy or management must possess the required reliability. As a rule, the required reliability is not given if the person fulfills a characteristic listed in Section 15 (1) ProstSchG.

Appeal
The further procedure for lodging an objection can be found in the notification issued in response to the application for a permit.

The granting of a permit requires an application:

• Application to the competent authority using the prescribed forms and enclosing the required documents.
• The documents submitted will be checked for completeness and conclusiveness.
• If necessary, additional documents will be requested.
• If necessary, an on-site visit will be arranged.
• A personal meeting is regularly arranged.
• If all requirements are met, the permit will be issued. The applicant receives the permit notification.

Otherwise, a rejection notice will be issued.
