    Die Verbandsgemeinde Jockgrim gehört zum Landkreis Germersheim und umfasst die Ortsgemeinden Hatzenbühl, Jockgrim, Neupotz und Rheinzabern.

    Description

    Der offizielle Gründungstag für den Zusammenschluss von Hatzenbühl, Jockgrim, Neupotz und Rheinzabern zu einer Verwaltungseinheit war der 2. Oktober 1972. Entsprechend ihrem Motto "Hier lässt es sich gut leben!" kann die Verbandsgemeinde Jockgrim sehr stolz sein auf ihr einmalig schönes Verwaltungsgebäude in der Unteren Buchstraße 22 in Jockgrim. Das Bauwerk wurde auf den Fundamenten des ehemaligen Ringofens der Falzziegelwerke Carl Ludowici errichtet und ist dem Charakter der früheren Ziegeleigebäude angeglichen. Im Jahr 1993 wurde es feierlich eingeweiht. Vorher war der Sitz der Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung in der ehemaligen "„Villa Sommer“" und in einem 1974 errichteten Erweiterungsbau.
