Elections

Elections are organised by the administrations of the municipalities, cities and districts and are published in accordance with the regulations in force. With the polling card sent to you, you can personally cast your vote in the polling station assigned to you there on election day.

If you want to vote by post, you must apply for a polling card.

Information on the election procedure can be found in the public announcements in the municipality's publication body. Information can be obtained from the local municipal or city administrations.

The application for the polling card for a postal vote must be submitted to the office indicated on the polling card. Another person can also make the request for you or receive your documents if you authorize the person in writing.
