By inspecting the voters' register, every person entitled to vote can satisfy himself of the correctness and completeness of the data entered about him/her.
Description
Every person entitled to vote has the right to inspect the voters' register on working days from the 20th to the 16th day before the election during the general opening hours of the municipal administration (inspection period) in order to check the accuracy and completeness of the personal data entered on the voters' register. In order to verify the accuracy and completeness of the data of other persons entered in the voters' register, voters have the right to inspect the voters' register during the inspection period only if they substantiate facts from which an inaccuracy or incompleteness of the voters' register may result.
