The Education Act in Rhineland-Palatinate does not provide for reimbursement of costs in justified exceptional cases. However, pupils whose parents or the children themselves receive child supplement, unemployment benefit II, social benefit, social assistance, housing benefit or asylum seeker benefits may be eligible for funding from the education and participation package.
