electronic proof of identity blocking

You can have your electronic identity card blocked if you have lost it or it has been stolen.

    Description

The ID card holder must immediately report the loss (loss, theft) of the ID card for blocking the online ID card function to the blocking hotline or to the ID card authority in order to rule out misuse.

It is important to note that although no one can read your data without your PIN, the blocking ensures that any attempt at misuse is detected immediately.

If you recover your ID card, you can have the blocking lifted at the ID card authority. This can only be done in person. Unblocking is not possible by telephone.
