•Who poisoned themselves? (age and body weight)

•How did the poisoning occur?

•When did the poisoning occur?

•How much? (number, quantity or volume, frequency)

Describe conspicuous appearances. In particular, state of consciousness, breathing and external abnormalities. With sufficient knowledge of the situation, the counselling centre in case of poisoning or the family doctor can give decision-making aids as well as instructions for first aid.

In the case of unconscious persons, you should always inform the rescue service!
