Admission to the Bar Association after relocation of the firm's registered office

If you are admitted to the bar and move your office to another chamber district, an application for admission must be submitted to the competent bar association there.

The same applies if a Rechtsanwalts-GmbH (RA-GmbH) or Rechtsanwalts-AG ( RA-AG) relocates its registered office.
