Register authorised persons for structural engineering verifications

If you are an engineer, you can, under certain conditions, become an authorized auditor in the fields of stability, thermal insulation, sound insulation, preventive fire protection.

Persons authorised to provide evidence are persons, in particular architects and civil engineers, who, on the basis of their professional experience and references, are entered in the special lists of persons authorised to provide evidence according to the Hessian Building Code - HBO - both at the Chamber of Architects and Urban Planners of Hesse - AKH - and at the Chamber of Engineers of the State of Hesse - IngKH.

The persons authorised to provide evidence are recognised for the respective disciplines in accordance with the Ordinance on Authorised Persons to Provide Evidence (NBVO).
 

The Chamber of Engineers of Hesse (IngKH) is responsible.

Application for entry in the list of persons entitled to provide evidence of structural evidence in accordance with the Hessian Building Code for Architects and Engineers as well as persons treated as such on the basis of their professional training should be submitted:

• Application form
• Data sheet
• Explanatory form
• Consent to the use of personal data
• Liability insurance
• Certificate of exemption from the employer/employer
• Supplementary Declaration of Independence (for employees)
• Proof of a degree in engineering
• Proof of professional aptitude, through at least three years of special professional experience in the subject area(s) applied for by submitting three projects that must not be older than six years, including the associated specialist form

You must provide proof of a completed engineering degree.

After graduating, you must have at least three years of practical professional experience in the field(s) applied for.

You can file an objection.

After you have submitted your application for entry on the list of persons entitled to provide evidence, your documents will be formally and professionally examined. After a positive examination, you will receive your certificate of registration for the field of study applied for.

An application may be withdrawn, with reimbursement of part of the procedural fee.

If the application is rejected, it can be resubmitted within an unspecified legal time frame, in which, among other things, the applicant's experience in the respective field can be gained.
