Integration Service (IFD), Consultancy Services

The IFD supports severely disabled people and their employers:

• For individual questions about illness, disability and vocational rehabilitation
• With information and help for professional integration
• In case of over- and under-challenge in the workplace
• In case of conflicts and problems that affect working life
• By informing and advising superiors and colleagues
• If necessary, through counselling with sign language skills
• For all questions on the subject of disability in working life
