Notification of the use of weapons during guard duty

If you as a security company or one of your guards have made use of firearms, blunt weapons or irritant spraying devices while on guard duty, this must be reported immediately.

Contact the respective city / municipality (public order office) and - if no notification has yet been made in accordance with Section 10 (1) sentence 3 of the Guarding Ordinance - the responsible police station at the same time.

Informal notification is sufficient.

Please refer to your permit notice and state the date of the decision and the official file number.
