Description
The conclusion and mediation of horse betting is subject to licensing. The so-called bookmaker's license can be granted to legal and natural persons.
You must prove the required reliability, expertise and sufficient working capital (currently 25,000.00 euros). In addition, the deposit of a security deposit in the form of a bank guarantee or a savings book with blocking notice in favor of the authority of currently 10,500.00 euros is required.
The premises in which the bookmaking business is to be carried out must be suitable and are also licensed.
If another federal state has already granted you a bookmaker license and only one further branch is to be established, only these additional rooms will be licensed.
