Description
Registration in the register of craftsmen is a prerequisite for a complete business license. The operation of a standing trade without proper registration in the register of craftsmen is an administrative offence.
The Register of Craftsmen distinguishes between craft activity
- the 41 craftsmen subject to master craftsmanship (Annex A),
- crafts-like trades (Annex B1),
- non-craft trades (Annex B2).
The applicant must prove his professional qualification for each entry (e.g. master craftsman's certificate).
